Smoked Pork Butt on the Traeger

I realize it has been a while since I've posted anything. Been really busy. This little project was scary mainly because if Pork is not done right, it will not turn out right. Well I followed this recipe to the tee. And it came out PERFECT! This was done on New Years Day 2019
