First bird on the smoker, turned out great!

Orange juice based brine for the chicken, 6 hours in total.

Orange, honey and chipotle glaze.

Got to test out my spiffy new bluetooth thermometer, smoked to IT 150.

Keeping with the theme I used orange wood.

On the grill @400F to crisp skin.

Done! Turned out great.

Nice looking bird man!

Nice looking bird! Which iGrill are you using? I've been using the original one and really like it. Looking at getting the iGrill 2 when it comes out in May.

Brandon really pretty chicken, nice color, excellent job.

Is it spring where you are? Or still snowy?
