That sure came out great! I've got to try that now! It would definitely be a hit here.

I almost injected it with beef broth but couldn’t find my injector. Really didn’t need it turned out great! Give it a shot!

I injected once and it went from tasting like a steak to a pot roast...didn't care for it...but that is just my opinion. Had the same experience and opinion on a brisket as well. Bottom line - I am glad you couldn't find your injector :-)
