I’ve been wanting to try this marinade on wings for awhile, today’s the day. Pecan and cherry chunks in my masterbuilt propane, running at 250-265, we’ll see how these turn out in a couple hrs. And if you’ve never used this sauce/marinade it’s one of the best jerk seasonings I’ve tasted and it’s got some heat which I love in jerk, also dusted the wings with a touch of the dry jerk seasoning from the same brand.
second pic is 1 hr in and last pick is obviously done. Smokey, def jerk heat with the seasoning which I love, this has that anise, all spice, nutmeg, flavor which I love about caribean jerk flavor, with a like scotch bonnet pepper bite to it, hot but makes u wanna go back for more.
