We have been ordering a LOT of take-out to support our local eateries through this shut-down/crisis. Because of this, we had a bunch of leftovers. To spruce up our "leftover" meal, I smoked just a few hot wings (SPG and Sriracha sauce) in my ancient Brinkmann grill. I am used to covering the grill with wing sections and making a ton at a time, but with just the wife and me, it almost didn't seem to be worth it to light the grill. Changed my mind the second the fire got right and the hickory chunks went to work.

Looking great! Enjoy! I cannot get wings crispy on my MES 40. But on the Propane grill yes.

Even when I smoke them to start with, and finish on the grill, skin not crisp. If I do it all on the grill, then it's crispy.

Chicken wings are worth it in my book, and Eddie you did them perfectly.

Point for sure
Chris

Great looking wings Eddie! That appetizer would make a great meal too! I'll take a dozen.

They look good. So they were made already and you reheated them on the grill? How did they turn out

They were wings that I chopped into sections, seasoned, marinated, grilled/smoked.

oh I see. I thought you were saying they were leftovers. I’ve been doing my leftover wings right back on the grill they turn out great
