Smoked Honey Butter

When we have made it we typically use 1/3 cup honey per pound of butter. Seems to be the (ready for it) sweet spot we like.

Sorry I missed this one Case. That just wouldn't be sweet enough for me.
My next batch I'm gonna try 1 1/4 cups of honey.

Sorry I never saw this until just now, sounds delicious, big Like! As with you, my wife won't like it at all, so I think I'll whip up a little batch just for me soon. Thanks for posting Gary, this sounds too yummy to pass up. RAY
