Smoked 2 hours at 250 with apple chips. I like it, my wife loves it.

Been seeing it on the IG a lot. Thinking it would be great with like some pepper jelly. Its on list of things to try.

Looks beautiful! The seasoning makes it pop! I've yet to hot smoke cream cheese. I've cold smoked it a few times though. I really got to try this. 250-275 seems to be the most popular temp.
 
I've only done it in pork shots . It's surprising how it keeps it's texture at higher temps .
