Smoked corned beef in remembrance of my father with Qview

I am smoking a corned beef in remembrance of my father who's birthday is on St. Patrick's Day. He passed away a little over a year ago. I got a 4.5 pound brisket soak it in water,changing out the water ever 30 minutes.

Next i made up a batch of Jeff's rub while my brinkmann tmle was heating up.I am smoking with cherry and hickory chunks.

At 1100 my smoker was up to 250. And had the tbs i was looking for

Eight hours into smoke and IT is up to 200 passed the toothpick test.I took it off the smoker and let it rest. Unwrapped 60 minutes later
