Smoked cinnamon rolls in orange peel



1. Cut oranges in half.

2. Cut out orange, use that on the smoked fish you should be grilling soon!

3. Preheat smoker to 350*

4. Cut a flat spot on the bottom of each half so the peal will stand upright like a bowl.

5. Fill each peal half with Cinnamin dough and place on old cookie sheet. (I like to drizzle with Peachtree schnapps).

We make our dough in the kitchen aide, but have had good success with Pilsbury in a tube.

6. Place in smoker

7. Bake until done with toothpick test and brown on top. Approx 45 minutes @ 340* on this cook.

8. Glaze before eating.... Could add more Peachtree???

9. Pig out and remember to share!
