Measure what pan you need ?
Then look for it elsewhere?
Its a 50C pan!
Check out yur local Dollar stores?
Once you get the measurement?
Amazon, Walmart, ECT>>>>

Thank Elf. That was my next option if finding the factory ones didn't pan out. I had checked the local Dollar Tree the other day. I never even considered walmart for some reason.

If your permanent pan is in good condition flip it upside down and form aluminum foil over it to eliminate tearing it, remove it and put it inside the pan as a disposable liner.

Thanks Kurt. It seems that using foil is the only real solution and using the pan liner as a form is a good idea.

I put a disposable aluminum baking sheet from the Dollar Tree, being a larger drip catcher, 20200522_115028.jpg on the bottom rack so heat rises around the four sides.

Yah, something like that is my second choice. But some smokes require the water and I don't think that disposable pan will really hold water. But, I do like that it would catch a lot more drippings.

What is the size of those dollar tree pans?

@dr k what are those holding the probes on the sides? I don't always like using clips.

11"×16" you can straighten the sides more vertically to make a little smaller or cut the top bead off first and pinch the corners which I do to the larger one to make it 12.5"×17" which is also deeper. I never needed water for temp stability with the PID controller or for smoke adhesion so I don't use water. Just evaporating meat juices from the pan. This pic is the Mes 30 with a Dollar Tree cake pan that fits on the pan rails so the bottom rack is on top. The heat makes it around all sides of the pan.

Lol. High temp Ultra Copper, I believe, RTV silicone squeezed into clean unused aluminum tea light candle bases. I just pulled the candle by the wick out of the aluminum base it sits in. Let the RTV cure a few days. I may have sprayed the aluminum with Pam spray as a release agent just in case it would stick. Baked them a few hours to off gas them if there is any before using. Just push the probe through the center so when it shrinks a little you didn't make the hole too big so it grips. I put one from underneath or a wooden spring clothes pin to sandwich the rack so they stay put. I pretty much use the middle two racks for food and the top to manage probes/cables to hang probes near my food and bottom rack for a larger drip pan and to slide the pan left or right a rack rung or two for even heat above the exposed element and it keeps the element clean.
