Hi everyone

Trimmed some silver skin off the meat side but aside from that didnt need trimming, just hit it with some lanes signature all purpose

Put it on the wsm with mesquite chunks, finally having a string of nice days where i live in aus, was 88f today for the first time since winter so gave the cactus collection a drink of water, cooked the picanha till 125 internal temp then bought inside for a sear.

Looks like a killer meal to me! Ditto on the cacti. I had quite a few as a hobby when I was a kid.
