Going to try my first Chuck roast on the smoker today it's been in the smoker for about 2 hours right now it's up to 130 it right now
Thanks for the tip, how long would it need to be in the oven?I’d toss it in the oven after about 150 degree. I tried once to bring a 3.5 pounder up too 200 and it stalled everywhere. It was crazy. Stalled at 190 for couple hours with the smoker at 300. Preacher is a guy on this forum and he put his in the oven at 380 after about 150 degree IT. Just tossing some ideas your way
