. Love stuffed Sweet Peppers(really enjoy that Hungarian flavor), but the Anchos,N.Mex., and others are my favorite. The flavor of the Chiles is hard to beat , and the heat is a bonus....

This was my first attempt at smoking the stuffed peppers, and not to toot my own horn, they were the best I ever had.  The smoke really brought the sweetness out in the peppers.  Thanks for the compliment!
