Smoked CATFISH ??

Does anyone have experience smoking Catfish??  I find a lot of Salmon being smoked but no posts about the lowly CAT !!!

You can smoke catfish. I'd use the same 4;1 sugar to salt brine I use on salmon. Brine for 4-8 hours rinse then smoke using a mild wood like alder, Apple, Cherry.
