Honey and seasoning towards the end , 1 time glazing themNot a fan of salmon but those look good! Maybe just haven't had or found the way we like them. What did you candy them in or with?

Back when we used to be able to Salmon fish in Cali.
(Our F'D up DFW took away our season about 5 yrs ago)
I used to give away more Salmon than I kept, and I always had a freezer full of it.
My family has been commercial fishing, and fish wholesaling for well over 150 yrs.
Most of them have passed away, or the market drove them out, so it's pretty much over now. Although I still have a cousin in the fishing industry, that bis doing fairly well for his family.
I have an Absolutely KILL'ER Squaw candy recipe if anyone wants it, I will never post it but will private message it to anyone that wants it. And I will ask anyone who gets it, treats it this way as well.
