Smoked a beer can chicken yesterday with a poultry rub on and under the skin, and used apple and hickory for smoke. The chicken took longer then I thought, maybe because of the beer. I cooked it at about 275 deg. for 5 hours and about a hour and a half before it was done I put on some corn, beans, and broccoli. Every thing turned out great thanks to all the great recipes on this site. Thanks!

That Chicken must have tasted great. It also had a nice caramalized color to it. Thanks for the QView.
