I'm looking at replacing my old chargriller firebox smoker for something that will hold the temp and not over smoke my food.  I've read all the reviews about the smoke vault so that one seems like a winner.  My question is for those who use it, how many pounds of sausage do you think it would smoke?  I typically do my venison kielbasa in 20-25 lb batches.  Any experience? is reader supported and as an Amazon Associate, we may earn commissions from qualifying purchases.
