Ok it looks like I wont have any problem with the ham recipe! thanks for all the good links! You know, my wife's pretty nice, I think she'll let me open it sooner than christmas. And have a little faith in my cooking skills, even if the turkey isn't perfect Im sure it will be better than a dry old oven turkey my mom usually cooks! I'm not too worried, especially after all the help you guys are giving me. Looks like I'm going to have to break this baby out of the box next weekend and cook a chicken and a fatty!!!! I'll let you guys know how it goes!

is it called a smoke VAULT if its vertical with 4 corners???

in stead of round like a ECB?????

"smoke vault" is actually the name of the smoker itself, it is a vertical unit that is made by camp chef and comes in a 24" and 18" width. Is that what you mean?
