Butts are done. I got 2 half pans full by the time it was all over. Nice flavor and falling apart after 19 hours at 225. Could have pulled sooner, but, was messing with the brisket and eating a little of it as well. :biggrin:

Just started the PP gravy and will let it simmer down quite a bit before I finish it. Starting the DP sauce in a little while. Break time.

The rest will be some sauces made and me being boring. The bride is making mashed potatoes, mac&cheese, and a chocolate cake. More pics from pop's place tomorrow though.
