Smoke Hollow Smoker {Low Heat}

HI guys, I have a Smoke Hollow Smoker and cant get the heat to come up to where i need it. In the past with other smokers when i use just wood or wood and charcoil have had no issues. can anyone help.

1GD, Evening... reading your question and using the handy dandy search tool available on this site, I typed in (smoke hollow mods) and below is a line you can click on and view what others have done to improve the smoker... 

It appears there are no vents in that smoker from just glancing and the threads... smokers need air intakes and exhausts to work properly...
