smoke generation

I am in the process of building a vintage fridge electric smoker and trying to decide on a smoke source. I have started making a smoke daddy style generator but wondering if that is the way to go. I have the resources to make what ever is requited . looking for some help and opinions.

Hello.  Use the search bar and search Mailbox Mod..  That will allow the fridge to be used for hot or cold smoking along with the AMZPS.  Keep Smokin!

Welcome to the forum.

If you have the ability to produce different types and densities of smoke, your smoking options will be greatly expanded.
