anybody try to smoke boneless breasts? i have a full freezer of boneless breasts and want to do something with them

I like to wrap them in bacon and smoke them personally

I agree with Jerry and use a bacon wrap and then smoke them. You really need something to keep the moisture in them. They will dry out in an instant.
I like to marinade them in olive oil, fresh crushed garlic and oregano overnight. It doesn't take very long to smoke them.
