Due to circumstances I have 7 baby backs that need to be smoked soon! This is the second time I have had to postpone a cook out and I am afraid to hold them any longer. I do not want to let them spoil!!!!

So looks like I need to smoke em and hold em for another day. I usually use the 2 2 1 modified method. Any suggestions as to how far in the process I should take them before holding them to finish up later?

Go all the way and then freeze for later.  Thaw and reheat wrapped in foil at about 300 in the oven for about an hour or so!  Just like they came off the smoker!

Whenever we have left over ribs that is what I do...

Good luck,

Bill

I've been wondering about this too, Bill.  Thanks for the info on how to reheat ribs!

........Cook them, then freeze them. When you heat them up just pop them in the oven with a little liquid of you choice or better yet the liquid you foiled them in and warm for 20 minutes......enjoy...
