Posting a few pictures. I failed SMF and forgot to take pictures of the actual cook, had left over with a bit of cheese but I missed out on the money shots. Did 6 smash burgers, posting what I have. I’ll punish myself tonight by only eating 1 potbelly oatmeal choc chip cookie instead of 2. Having said that, nothing special but they were damn good. 80/20 and the secret weapon - gelatin powder. The orange sauce is the same as I use on my ruebens, 100 0 Island-ishbut with some heat.
