What is the smallest bone-in Boston butt to smoke? I have smoked 8lb and multiple 8lb bone-in Boston butts at a time on my wsm 22. I'm thinking of trying a few closer to 5 or 6 lbs, but is that to small?

I did a 5 lb this weekend. 8 hours at 275 and it was done but should have taken it another hour or so to be more tender. Put it in a little too cold though

I've cut a 8 lb butt in half and smoked 4lb pound halves before... more bark! Butts and shoulders usually have a decent amount if fat in them so I'd imagine that you can go even smaller than that
