Small Sourdough Jalapeno/Cheddar

Friend of ours asked If I could make her a small SD/J/CH

Sure not just one but how bouts 2.

I found mild jalapeños in a jar Mt Olive brand.
Diced kinda fine.

Now need to bench knife this in half.

Two smalls. Bench rest uncovered for 30 mins.

I use cloth and a small bowl for little boules.

A bread sling still with cornmeal on bottom.

The second one.

Ready for farmers mkt tomorrow. One sold already.
