Small SD Today

Got some SD mixed lastnight and bulk ferment.

2 small for the butt later today.

Im getting better at shaping.

Cover and let second rise for an hour.

Both done and cooling.
I like the 3.5qt enamelware pot with lid, great for cold start bakes.

The left boule was just on the parchment with the lid on for 20 mins, took lid off and baked for another 20. Bread IT was 209.

Right was sprayed with filtered water befor the lid went on, same time as first.

Cutting for later with friends, PP, Chimichurrin too.

So as of now before we leave i ave 6 more SD folks have asked for.

We do need to get together.. but I won't be able to go anywhere till after Sept. 3rd .... When are y'all coming through for the last time ??
