Probes allow me to get the honey do list done (going to target etc) and keep an eye on temps. Inkbird wifi thermometer is pretty nice.

Love my Inkbird for that reason also

As luck would have it he woke right in time to get moving. He is still a little young for fishing but sure did enjoy some pork and brisket. Only kid I know who won't touch a hotdog but will destroy just about any other meat.
