Had this in the smoker to the IT reached 190 F and let it rest for a hour before pulling. Made some pulled pork sandwiches from my homemade buns. The next day used it as a extra topping on one of my homemade Pizza's. Both turned out excellent.

If you take the IT up to 203 ish it'll pull better...

It looks amazing and using it on the pizza is an excellent idea!

Now tell us about those homemade buns!

Thanks but I been doing pork roast for ever LOL The reason I will let it sit tented is the IT will rise to 203-205 F and it pulls just fine but thank for the comment.
 
At one point i had 6 Bradley smokers.....Long time ago. You prob remember my posts.

Pork looks good to me.

Yup I sure do remember. Just to let you know I have those Black Forest Black Angus Beef all tied up in the back yard. Just waiting on some cooler weather to process them. :emoji_upside_down:
