Had this in the smoker to the IT reached 190 F and let it rest for a hour before pulling. Made some pulled pork sandwiches from my homemade buns. The next day used it as a extra topping on one of my homemade Pizza's. Both turned out excellent.
Thanks but I been doing pork roast for ever LOL The reason I will let it sit tented is the IT will rise to 203-205 F and it pulls just fine but thank for the comment.
Yup I sure do remember. Just to let you know I have those Black Forest Black Angus Beef all tied up in the back yard. Just waiting on some cooler weather to process them.
