Great recipe.

My palate is on the high-end when it comes to heat,I might have swap out the cayenne and use some habenero powder instead!

Yeah. The level of cayenne I use is really a medium spice level at best. The honey and butter in the recipe help cut it IMO. Some would consider it spicy but for people that like heat it barely scratches the surface.

I’d personally prefer it spicier but have to cook for a broad audience sometimes.
