Hi!
Love using the slaughter house brine but I have a quick question....do I rinse the chicken well after the brine or just toss it on the grill directly out of the brine?

Thanks!

I rinse I know it's a low salt recipe but rinsing should still help

I would rinse well to remove the cure residue. If you are adding a rub not rinsing could cause it to be over salty

Just my $.02

I rinse too. It just makes sense to me to rinse it & then apply your rub.

Thank you everyone.
I've always rinsed the chicken too I just wanted to be sure I wasn't washing off the flavor or anything.
