Slab of beef ribs

    I got this to cook this weekend.



    I will cut them in half to fit on my mini.

    I know these will cook different than pork.

    I am hoping not to have to wrap them.

    Cooking at 275ish, about how long to cook?  6 hours?

    mmmm , Beef Ribs . If only I could find some with meat on them...[​IMG]  Oh, well. I couldn't afford them anyway [​IMG]

    These don't feel very meaty.
     
  4. I saw some today for 1.50 LB. They didn't have much meat on them. OH well.

    Those look great Adam. When I did my short ribs without foiling, They took about 7 hours. I've only done beef back ribs foiled.

  6. Last beef ribs I did were 3-2-1 around 250-275. Just SPOG rub held on with some Lea-n-Perrins bold "aka thick" sauce, nothing in the foil during that time.

    They were good. Not much meat on them, but what was there was damn tasty.

    Looks like your gonna have some good eatin Adam..... Man do I love some good meaty beef ribs, good stuff man. I'am definitely watchin ! :beercheer:

    Gonna have to use a rib rack.   Getting ready to put them on.
