I had to take a picture, thought it was kinda funny!

Eating Kabanosy stick and then reading all about its origins and how it's recipe was law back in the day.

What book ya have there?

The Marianski brother's book Polish Sausages Authentic Recipes and Instructions.

It has some interesting information in it. Has some typos too!

It's interesting, but not one I would have bought myself. I won it in a sausage recipe contest on their website. I won a second time and got the Home Production of Quality Meats and Sausages. Now that book IS recommended. I use it a lot.

I have that one.

That, my friend, is a very nice prize... and the other book is awesome... still on my list at amazon...

The Polish sausage book is really interesting from a read standpoint more so than the recipes. They talk about the polish laws and such put in place after the war regarding sausages and recipes. Pretty cool!

Looks like a pretty interesting book with some history may have to look that one up. Got a beer to go with that sausage?

Nope!

I didn't know that stuff was allowed south of the border. I might have to confiscate
