Site is super slow.

Maybe it's just me, but the site is really slow to load and navigate the last week or so. Been kinda busty and not posting. All other web pages work as normal. I've disabled my ad blocker, and also tried another browser (Edge) besides Firefox.

Could be your route to the server . Having an issue somewhere along the line . Not everyone has the same route .

I didn't even think to try my phone. Works great on my android. Oh well... looks like I'll have to figure this out.

If you are using a wifi router, unplug it for a few seconds and plug it back in.

Otherwise check what your speed is on your computer and see if you are getting what you should be from your provider.

If the speed on your phone is good and not good on the PC and they are using the same wifi, check to see that both are using the same frequency...2.4 vs 5.0 for instance. I've had one or the other get flaky while the other is still good, but a wifi router reset usually fixes that...for a while.

My PC is Ethernet hardwired so if the internet is slow on it its usually a problem with my provider, which is rare here with Firefly gigabit fiber.

Turns out it's my VPN. Switched locations a few times and it seems to have fixed the issue. I get so stuck in a routine sometimes its a wonder I actually know how to fix things anymore

no it is super fast here , and I have been on mostly all morning. Cause it is not a nice day out.

It hasn't been a nice day here either. It's been windy for over a month and the weather guessers are waaaaaay off since November '24. Even since Covid 19. I'm talking waaaaay off. The NBC WEEK 25 affiliate is 10 miles away but I guess, like the weather guessers, that a 20% chance of rain etc. is for 20% of the viewing area. I hate it when they scare people of potential threatening weather that never develops. Chxn little forecasting with the American, European and local models piss me off. I've got food to smoke.

That's a terrible weather report Kurt.
I hate it when they just don't know.
Only job I know where you can get paid $80 -$90 thousand and be wrong 90% of the time,
