Got a good price on this cut so go this instead of a brisket have never smoes this thou so what temp internally am I wanting to get to so the meat is tender and juicy?

Sirloin tip for med to med rare you'd want to go to internal of 130° - 137°.  It will be pink and juicy!

So how does this compare to a brisket? Is this more for pulling or slicing?
