Had 4 Boston butts in the smoker too but didn't get any pics. There was a crowd but still had lots of leftovers - had to thaw everything before I had a good count of attendees, so everyone got to take some home. I'll vacuum pack and freeze the rest.Great looking birds! Tasty! And love the color. Must have had a crowd over if you did 7 birds.

It's become my favorite way of cooking but it's usually overkill since I normally am just coming for b one person. I'm thinking of getting a Santa Maria attachment for the Weber kettle for my smaller grilling sessions.Beautiful birds!! Just one more post telling me I need to add a Santa Maria to the mix.
