The wife was on top of fathers day an brought home a nice point for me to smoke up..... I took pictures but have been too busy to post....so her it is. I used my go to method for brisket https://www.smokingmeatforums.com/threads/brisket-simplified-and-reliable-dinner-timing.331064/

The point! I just love these smaller cut of all the good stuff!

ie pulled it at INT 200 and wood skewer probe tender....ie the meat Jello giggle

Just a simple plate with some scratch smoked gouda mac and some sweet corn.....just a splash of kinders gold bbq sauce cause it goes good with the mac!

Thanks chop! I've been missing cooking in a traditional way, but we have started working on the new home for the X-Fire and other smokers (a shack and about 300 sq feet of concrete slab), so all the available time is a rare thing!

Much appreciated RAY! This breakfast got gobbled up so fast it made my head spin..... I LOVE fried mac and the sunny side up egg was perfect combo bite with 3 on the fork!
