Thank you Bear!! You could do smaller ones in the 360, but I believe you already know that as I think you've posted some. Never done one that way but I bet it'd do a great job cooking them.

The dough I used is outstanding but even making your own is super easy.

Looks good to me and sometimes simple toppings just do the trick. That sausage looks really good just by itself.

Yep, no doubt. I enjoyed very much getting back to the basics on this one....and probable the next dozen or so.

That sausage pizza looks great Robert! I tend to get “pizza-ed” out quickly but I would never pass on a slice of that. Delicious!

making your own is super easy.

Yup . Been doing it a long time . I mix on Sundays and use thru the week . Got off track a bit .
Just got some double zero flour . Good stuff .
