Simple brick smoker?

First post. I am looking to build a small brick smoker from a leftover pile of bricks. I am overwhelmed by some of the brick smokers I have seen here and other sites. Can anyone lead me to plans for a very simple and relatively small brick smoker? (I usually do one pork shoulder, a couple of chickens at a time). Thanks, I look forward to learning from you guys.
