Simple Beef Ribs!

It’s been a lazy day today and to keep it that way did some simple beef ribs....

Seasoned them heavily with SPOG and a light classic Olive then on the pellet at 275.

feel bad other can’t get these ribs.
Had them here a few years ago , and cheap too . I used to cook them over a red oak fire . Fantastic .
Then the price went thru the roof , nobody bought them , and they were gone .
