My Duo is 2 or 3 years old. Last weekend I noticed while smoking two chickens, my side burner has flames coming out of the hole right behind the knob. the hole in the tube that directs the gas to the burner. Is this proper? I can't find any parts to replace it.

Any ideas??

You most likely have spider webs in the tube to the burner.  Turn the gas off and pull things apart and clean it up.
