Can't make my mind up on which GF I want.Need grill for catering and food trailer in near future.Assasin 28 or 32?I was thinking the 28 was big enough with some mods. The Limo looks like an excellent choice as well and is cheaper in price as well.I noticed the Q smokers have a thicker gauge steel 12 interior 14 exterior.Assasin is 14 and 16.I know many on here have one or the other or maybe even both.If you had to choose which one and why thanks y'all!

I have an Assassin and love it. Get the biggest one you can afford, then go at least one size bigger. Kinda like buying a gun safe. The size you want is never big enough.

I don't have either but have seen both of in action at comps.
And i agree the CPL...go big in anticipation of capacity and catering growth!

As others said. If your planning on using it for a food truck or catering no reason not to the the largest as long as you can afford it. Then there is no reason to upgrade
