Ya I’ve never made it before either! We had some frozen shrimp and found a recipe and now we’re hooked!
Us midwestern guys are big on beef and pork but do try it! Very easy to make even for a hack like myself

Nice! Love that stuff.

I got a bag of scallops on sale a couple of weeks ago and did a scallop scampi. I was extra piggy and got most of the whole lb down in one sitting ;) (no pasta, just some salad on the side)


It's one of those things like alfredo - you only need about 4 ingredients (I don't count salt and pepper) to make something that tastes like a million bucks.
