Nebraska - Go Big Red!
I am doing a bone in pork shoulder today for Fathers Day. I am going to Vacuum seal and freeze it all and give it to my Dada and father in law for Fathers day. Then later today I am going to throw some Baby backs on the smoker for my wife and I to have for supper tonight.

To see what I am up to check out my Tumblr I just started for my meat smoking. http://smokingteetor.tumblr.com/ It will have pics and notes about what I am doing. Does any one else have a tumblr they use for stuff like this? It is really nice cause I can do it all from my phone while I am outside.

Finally!!!  Someone has found a good use for Tumblr....

I agree I took me forever to figure what to use my Tumblr account for. I have had for like a year and never used it. Then I was sitting out side this morning posting a pic of my pork to Facebook(I like to taunt my family and friends with what they can not have

) and it came to me, a smoking meat tumblr.

Got done at about 1:30am last night. Here are some Pics. Check out my Tumblr, http://smokingteetor.tumblr.com/, for the blow by blow.
