On the RF plate on the low side? I have a piece of angle iron between the 2 halves of the plate. The plates are angled from the sides into the angle iron....the angle iron then drains into a piece of 1.5" pipe which exits the bottom of the CC. Thinking I may weld some angle iron onto the drain ends of the RF plate...just in case...sorry if this is confusing....

You could put up a flat bar dam .... tack in place about 1/2" before the end of the RF plate... Be sure to allow for grease to pass....

Thank You Sir. The way you suggested is a bit over my patience level...I took the easy way out and just welded some angle iron to the plates....
