Wife and I took our first test yesterday for the KY servsafe cert. Was just a simple math test. I forgot most of what I knew back then but the instructor said I did good....lol

Next class tomorrow, with the final on friday.

Decided to add the servsafe to the cottage license as we are going to be building a farm stand for bread, eggs and items for next year.

Been selling lots of sourdough from home.
A dedicated bread oven is 3k and up......hmmmmm dont know yet

I also need to start the process as I want to do some vending at local fairs and events.
