Hi all!

Got the BBQ bug on a trip to Memphis back in 2001.

It was quite an experience to find REAL BBQ practically everywhere in Memphis, but disheartening to return home to find 1 real BBQ joint (at the time) with the rest being faux-BQ.  So I decided to do my own BBQ for tailgate parties etc.
