Hello everyone! I smoked my first set of ribs on my 22" Weber kettle this past weekend. We all gave them a 10!!! I did the 3-2-1 method...but I did 2-2-1. I'm new to this forum and I'm excited to be here. I'm from Annapolis MD and when I'm not the BBQ Master.....I'm just a welder.

Welcome, gotta love that Old Bay! Crabed out on the Chesapeake in the summer of 70'. Loved it, I was 10.
