I am getting my old posts moved here for completeness,lamb hearts,pigs maw fatty,tongue. Maybe that magic head cheese that Allblancher does belongs in here to.

I now have pigs ears,caul fat,lamb hearts,black pudding in the fridge if I can just crack this brain mystery I will get onto a few things.
