So here is part of my last eve's dinner.
Beef ribs done on the webber. 2 1/2 hours, about 275 to 300.
Seasoned with salt pepper, and dusting of garlic powder.
Slathered with a modified BBQ sauce (bull eye as base, with Worcestershire, local honey little reaper powder,).
Served with Tomato salad with home made wine vinaigrette and home made french fries.
